We thought you might like to know a little bit about us. We create beautiful sandcarvings in both glass and stone. This site is run by both my wife (Jeanette Savina Cobb) and myself (Chuck Cobb). We started out as a hobby about 20 years ago.
We first started in stained glass, then we picked up using a sandblasting for glass etchings that we needed for our stained glass work. You know how in life one things will lead you into another? We for us it was that way. We went from stained glass, to etching glass, to fusing glass
in a kiln. Then my wife started working in hot glass. If you don’t know what that is (I didn’t at first either) but hot glass is using a torch to melt the glass while turning it and in this case she made beautiful beads for all kinds of jewelry. But for this site we will be talking about the sandcarvings that we do in both glass and stone. So now you know a little about us.
